A comprehensive assessment of leadership and behavioral styles, for assessment of executive candidates and coaching through the onboarding process (90 days). 

Executive Assessment

For internal succession development, we include 360 feedback, extensive debrief and creation of development plan.  Bi-weekly coaching for 4 months.
